01Who we are
This website is operated by DeveloperData.net ("Developer Data", "we"), Empire Tower, 41st Floor, Unit 4106-7, South Sathorn Road, Yannawa, Sathorn, Bangkok 10120, Thailand. These terms are governed by the law of Thailand, and the courts of Bangkok have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
Football API ("the product") is the website at footballapi.org, the API at api.footballapi.org and the MCP server. By making an account or using a key you agree to these terms.
02Your account
- One person or one business per account, with true details.
- You sign in with your Google account. Keep that account and your API key to yourself: you are responsible for everything done with them, including by assistants you connect.
- If you think someone else has your key, make a new one from your account at once; the old key stops 24 hours later.
03Plans and billing
- The complimentary key is free. It reads this season's Premier League, 50 calls a day and 10 a minute.
- Membership is $29 a month or $299 a year. It is paid through Stripe and renews until you cancel it. You can cancel any time from your account, and membership runs to the end of the period already paid for.
- A price change is announced before it applies, and only from your next period.
- When we refund, and how to ask, is on the refunds page.
- A purchase may be credited to the partner who referred you, through our partner program. It never changes the price you pay.

04Fair use
- Your plan's limits are the fair-use line: 10 calls a minute and 50 a day on the complimentary key, 120 a minute with no daily ceiling on membership.
- Getting around them is not allowed: several free accounts for one person, sharing a key, making new keys to reset a limit, or automating the website in place of the API.
- We may slow, pause or close an account that does this.
05The data: use it, do not replicate it
- You can use what the API gives you in your own work, apps and sites, and show the results to your own users.
- You may not resell, redistribute or republish the data itself, in bulk or through an API or feed of your own.
- You may not download it in bulk to rebuild the collection, or use it to build a competing product.
06Acceptable use
- Nothing unlawful.
- No probing or load-testing our systems without asking us first.
- No attempts to reach another member's account, key or data.
- No scraping pages whose data the API offers.
07Accuracy
- Results, tables, fixtures and live scores are given as they are, gathered with care, without a warranty that they are complete, on time or free of mistakes.
- Football data is factual data. It is not financial or betting advice, and not a tip.
08Availability
We aim to keep the product running and show its state on the status page, but no plan promises a level of uptime.
09Liability
Our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect loss, lost profits or lost data.
10Suspension and closing
- We can pause or close an account that breaks these terms. A serious breach can be acted on without notice.
- An account closed for a breach is not refunded.
- You can close your account any time (see Deleting your account).
11Changes to these terms
A new version is posted here with its date. A change that matters is emailed to members before it applies.
12Law and contact
These terms are governed by the law of Thailand, and the courts of Bangkok decide any dispute. Questions go through support.
